Is it really unlimited?
Yes. No plan carries a request quota or a usage meter. A bigger plan buys you no more volume. We have generous rate limits in place to limit abuse. Reach out if it's a problem and we can lift it.
Adding people
Free includes 1 user, Pro 1, Team 10, and Business 10. On Team and Business, each person past that is $9 a month, added to the bill automatically. On the other plans, upgrading is how a team grows.
